Employment Opportunity: MBA Graduate in Panama – Executive Assistant / Project Manager – Full Time Remote Work

I am president of the National University of Medical Sciences (Spain, USA, Panama), the largest provider of manual osteopathic education in the world with alumni in 72 countries. I am seeking a highly motivated MBA graduate to work directly with me on a wide range of strategic and operational projects including creating a new Doctor of Medicine (MD) program to be added to NUMSS curriculum.

This is a unique opportunity to be involved in the development and expansion of global educational initiatives in areas such as medicine, manual osteopathy, naturopathic medicine, and integrative health sciences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing academic and business projects
• Conduct market research and feasibility studies for new programs and partnerships
• Support development of international collaborations with universities, hospitals and clinics
• Prepare reports, presentations, and business proposals
• Help oversee marketing, student recruitment strategies, and operational systems
• Coordinate with internal teams and external affiliates across different countries

Qualifications:
• MBA degree (required)
• Strong business, analytical, and organizational skills
• Ability to write well and communicate verbally in English
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Interest in healthcare education, entrepreneurship, or international business
• Self-starter with a high level of professionalism and discretion
• Happy positive personality is a must!

Preferred (but not required):
• Experience in education, healthcare, or startup environments
• Familiarity with digital marketing and online education platforms
